Wound Care Services Director directs the programs and staff of the wound care services department. Develops and implements wound care services in accordance with the policies of the hospital and the directives of the medical staff. Being a Wound Care Services Director monitors patient progress and treatment plans. Responsible for the education of clinical staff. Additionally, Wound Care Services Director requires a MD degree. Typically reports to top management. Requires license to practice medicine. The Wound Care Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Wound Care Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Hyperbaric Technologist - 3010 WOUND CARE HEALTHPLEX - Kadlec Richland Medical Ctr-Richland(HR)

    Under the general direction of the Director of Wound Care, The Hyperbaric Technician remains responsible for administering hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy and diagnostic testing to patients of the WHC, under the supervision of a hyperbaric physician. (All therapeutic and diagnostic modalities will be ordered by the hyperbaric physician). Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.     Required Qualifications:

    Washington Medical Assistant Registration within 60 days of hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire 2 years Healthcare experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Completion of a formal Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant program Completion of an Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society and National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology approved hyperbaric medicine introductory course Wound, Hyperbaric, or critical care experience
