As our Workforce Administration Analyst, you will Independently process all life cycle related transactions (change in classification, wage implementations, merit, range adjustment, CRT, separation etc.), generate reports and perform audits on various types of WFA transactions such as appointment end dates, limited, contracts and ERIT. You will troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on any processing issues and will be a liaison for leadership and staff for all escalations to UCPath. You will also collaborate with position management to proactively resolve any issues for title, pay plan or other attributes. Salary Range: $28.78-$59.34 Hourly
