As our Workforce Administration Analyst, you will Independently process all life cycle related transactions (change in classification, wage implementations, merit, range adjustment, CRT, separation etc.), generate reports and perform audits on various types of WFA transactions such as appointment end dates, limited, contracts and ERIT. You will troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on any processing issues and will be a liaison for leadership and staff for all escalations to UCPath. You will also collaborate with position management to proactively resolve any issues for title, pay plan or other attributes. Salary Range: $28.78-$59.34 Hourly

The WFA HR Generalist 2 must possess a combination of skills and abilities to successfully manage a complex set of responsibilities in a high profile, academic health sciences organization, including: • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook * Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience. • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills • Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis and problem resolution • Exceptional attention to detail and delivery of world class service • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Highly profession and strong interpersonal skills • Maintains confidential information with great candor • Intellectually curious and self-directed learner. • Strong knowledge base of UC policy, contracts and UCPath SOPs Preferred: 2-3 years’ experience with HR life cycle/ off boarding processes.
