With a heavy focus on worker’s compensation claims, this role will support all leave of absence cases related to occupational injuries. This role effectively coordinates all cases/claims to include general administration and comprehensive case management, including proactive early return to work coordination. With a focus to close claims in the most cost-efficient strategy possible supporting taking into account the individual and business needs, this role provides exemplary customer service and assistance to all stakeholders involved.
