Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive starting salary of up to $65,000, with the potential for annual bonuses. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being of our team members.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Attorney to join our team, with a focus on Workers' Compensation, at either our Chicago or Champaign, IL office. As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Write pre-filing case summaries under the guidance of the supervising attorney.
• Champion depositions and defend them with precision.
• Conduct thorough investigations relevant to each case.
• Prepare and file essential legal documents such as briefs and motions.
• Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys on various legal projects.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing them with timely status reports.
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned, contributing to the holistic success of our firm.

Required Skills/Abilities:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• Worker's Compensation experience required
• A valid Illinois law license in good standing with the bar.
• Exceptional professionalism and communication skills.
• Proficiency in research and writing.
• Recommended experience in litigation.
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
