Wordprocessing Supervisor jobs in Iowa
Wordprocessing Supervisor supervises the daily operations of the word processing division. Plans, assigns, and reviews word processing work to ensure timely completion. Being a Wordprocessing Supervisor is responsible for the purchase, usage, maintenance and storage of the sophisticated word processing equipment. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Wordprocessing Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Wordprocessing Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Job Skills/Requirements
Duties:
- Supervises multiple cleaning crews at different locations.
- Lead Effectively & Efficiently.
- Maintain Budget & Building Criteria.
- Team Oriented w/ Area Supervisors, Operations Manager, Customer Concierge & other key Team Members.
- Enforce Policies, Conduct, and Disciplinary Actions.
- Inspections
- Equipment & Supply Maintenance
- Document Reports
