The incumbent will coordinate the day-to-day operations of Production personnel within an assigned area and will be responsible for the effective and economical installation, operation and maintenance of gas and water production equipment and facilities. This position will report to the Production Superintendent and must have working knowledge of production operations. The incumbent will supervise, direct, and coordinate field hourly employees, non-technical exempt employees, and/or contractors. They will be responsible for a small to medium size geographical area, and a narrow breadth of responsibility within their area of responsibility. Must be accountable for the results of a team or function's performance. Recommends and collaborates with senior management to resolve strategic issues and applies processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions; decisions affect mid- to long-term operational results. They will be required to frequently interact with functional peer managers and provide leadership and guidance to address department or functional objectives or changes in objectives.
