Women's Athletics Director directs all facets of a university/college's women's athletic program, including intramural and intercollegiate sports. Manages the entire women's coaching staff. Being a Women's Athletics Director schedules use of facilities, transportation, and sporting events. Also responsible for fundraising, publicity, ticket pricing and distribution, and purchase of new equipment. Additionally, Women's Athletics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Women's Athletics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. We are looking for a dynamic individual to help us re-launch a 17 year old franchise model called Get In Shape For Women, and take it from 20 locations in 4 states to 1,000 locations in 90 countries.
We have completely overhauled our work out and franchise model, our program is now second to none.
Our purpose is to empower women through body transformation. We do this by utilizing 4 components: Weight Training, Cardio, Nutrition, and Accountability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of fitness professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales strategies and execution
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a fitness Director or similar leadership role
- Strong background in account management, customer service, and sales
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting targets
- Experience in outside sales and ability to negotiate complex deals
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong market knowledge and ability to analyze market trends and data
