We are looking for a dynamic individual to help us re-launch a 17 year old franchise model called Get In Shape For Women, and take it from 20 locations in 4 states to 1,000 locations in 90 countries.

We have completely overhauled our work out and franchise model, our program is now second to none.

Our purpose is to empower women through body transformation. We do this by utilizing 4 components: Weight Training, Cardio, Nutrition, and Accountability.

The Program

• There will only be one membership, 3 x per week, either Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or Tuesday, Thursday, Weekend
• Our compelling offer on the front end will be Take Our FREE 28-Day Transformation Challenge! This will be completely free, and will give us 28 Days to show our prospects what is possible with the right coaching, training, and support
• The cost after will be $20 per session ($60 per week)
• There will be 12 exercises performed with progressive overload: Back Squat, Front Squat, Dips, GHD (Glue Ham Developer) Raises, GHD Sit Ups, Dumbbell Should Press, Bent over Dumbbell Row, Dumbbell Chest Press, Single Arm Dumbbell Row, Deadlifts, Pull-ups, and Power Cleans.
• 3 sets of 5 reps will be the foundation of the workout to maximize strength and hypertrophy gains
• The 4 pieces of Cardio used alternating HIIT and steady state: Rogue Woodway Treadmill, Concept 2 Ski Erg, Concept 2 Rower, Rogue Echo Bike
• The workout is 55 minutes long, combining the 16 movements above
• We will set very strict form standards before weight can be increased (for ex. full range of motion squat using a squat wedge before weight can be added)
• EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute) will be the primary work/rest interval allowing 2 minutes of rest between sets ( For Ex. 6:00a Squat, 6:01a Dips, 6:02a Squat)
• One trainer will work with up to 8 women at a time.
• You will notice work out journals between the cubbies in the virtual rendering, we will track everything
• Google Sheets will be used to track our clients, each client will have a password protected tab only seen by them and their coach
• Everyone will get weighed in weekly, this is our accountability component
• We have a motto, "Care First, Crush Second" The more you care about someone, truly care about them, the more you can "crush them" (i.e., the harder the conversations you can have with them)
• We are going to build strong women, who in most cases are the foundation of their family, the results we produce will have a global impact
• To succeed in a crowded marked, we must produce compelling results.
• Each studio only needs 100 members to be successful, incredibly easy to achieve if we execute.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of fitness professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales strategies and execution
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a fitness Director or similar leadership role
- Strong background in account management, customer service, and sales
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting targets
- Experience in outside sales and ability to negotiate complex deals
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong market knowledge and ability to analyze market trends and data
