Women's Athletics Director directs all facets of a university/college's women's athletic program, including intramural and intercollegiate sports. Manages the entire women's coaching staff. Being a Women's Athletics Director schedules use of facilities, transportation, and sporting events. Also responsible for fundraising, publicity, ticket pricing and distribution, and purchase of new equipment. Additionally, Women's Athletics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Women's Athletics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Regional Director - Milwaukee, WI
The Regional Director is a full-time leadership position responsible for overall
coordination and expansion of WWBIC’s business training and financial
wellness programs in an assigned region of the state to meet and exceed
program deliverables and ensure exemplary customer satisfaction.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree. A minimum five years’ experience
in economic development or private sector business. Must have direct program
management and supervisory experience and possess strong organizational and
verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with a
diverse group of people and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Working knowledge of micro-enterprise development and small business
preferred. The capacity to function in a fast-paced, growing organization is
vital. Must communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse
audiences, both in groups and one-on-one. Valid driver’s license and proof of
liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required as position
requires local travel. Occasional evening and weekend hours required.
Salary: $59,123 - $73,903
