We are seeking a dynamic practice manager to lead clinical operations and quality assurance for our team. The primary role of the office manager is;

• Manage practice operations and business functions.
• Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals, look ahead to future possibilities and translate them into value-added breakthrough strategies.
• Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed.
• Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity.
• Supervises clinical and clerical team members.
• Plan and manage the clinic’s budget and approve payroll.
• Evaluate team member performance give guidance and participate in disciplinary actions.
• Monthly report preparation, including, but not limited to tracking visits, new patient volumes,
• Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws.

$60,000 - $70,000 yearly

You Are:

• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions.
• A strategic thinker who looks ahead to future possibilities and translates them into value-added breakthrough strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families, and other care providers.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• The ability to delegate tasks as needed.
• Passionate about people management and coaching/mentoring/teaching staff.

• Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
• 2 years of management experience strongly preferred

• Minimum 2 years experience in Chiropractic/Acupuncture/Medical Clinic preferred
