Job Overview:
As a Clinical Director at HOPE Program, you'll be part of our leadership team, playing a crucial role in maintaining clinical services and operational integrity. Your responsibilities will include providing leadership, coordination, and supervision to multidisciplinary teams, overseeing clinic programming, and aligning objectives with executive leadership guidance. You'll lead a diverse staff in delivering empirically-supported, culturally competent treatment services, ensuring compliance with all contractual and governing regulations, laws, rules, policies, and procedures. Your role will also focus on maintaining trained, qualified staff levels to meet service delivery needs.
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Ensure timely and appropriate training for treatment staff.
· Assure policies and programs comply with Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities standards for Adult Residential programming.
· Complete on-call responsibilities as needed.
· Act as the clinical authority of the program, establishing processes and procedures within the organization.
· Provide evidence-based direct care, adhering to HOPE's policies, procedures, and standards of care, as well as governing bodies.
· Oversee clinical staff documentation and perform clinic audits to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulatory boards.
· Contribute to creating policies and procedures addressing clinical quality and risk.
· Lead team meetings, supervise and evaluate assigned staff.
· Offer direct clinical services, including assessments, group, and individual therapy.
· Maintain accurate and timely files and participate in monthly consultation meetings with Senior Leadership.
· Serve as an ongoing resource to the treatment team, sharing current research and knowledge.
· Represent the agency in the community, serving on committees and making presentations.
· Act as a liaison between the company and stakeholders and outside agencies.
· Provide court testimony as needed.
Qualifications:
· Licensed or licensed-eligible as a LCSW, MFT, LPCC, or Psychologist in California for three years.
· A minimum of 5 years' experience providing sex offender-specific treatment or treatment in a forensic setting.
· A minimum of 3 years of management experience.
· Knowledge of cognitive-behavioral treatment methods, sex offender treatment methods, and mental health theories, concepts, and methods related to treatment in forensic settings.
