7. Analyze marketing performance metrics and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign strategies.
8. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the med spa industry to enhance service offerings and marketing strategies.
9. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting services and products, upselling, and fostering repeat business.
10. Drive sales by actively promoting and selling memberships, fostering client loyalty, and reinforcing commitment to our company and brand through the provision of exclusive benefits and discounts.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in sales (3-5 years preferred and preferably within the beauty, skincare, or medical aesthetics industry.)
2. Strong understanding of various skincare treatments, including laser, microneedling, Botox, fillers, facials, and skincare products.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
4. Knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and their effects on different skin types.
5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
6. Experience in marketing coordination, including campaign planning, execution, and analysis. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
