Job Summary:
The Health & Wellness Administrator will provide support across our facilities and partner with various benefits team members in our other divisions. This role will assist with the administration of ZOLL’s company-wide benefits program, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance and disability. In this role, the Health & Wellness Administrator will help to communicate the strength and values of ZOLL's benefit programs serve as an ambassador of ZOLL's benefit programs to all our employees. This individual will also be responsible for partnering with our corporate benefits team to assist in supporting the various annual initiatives and wellness programs.
Essential Functions:
Resolves employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures including life events for all US benefit programs for the division. Serve as the benefits liaison to the Corporate Benefits Team.
Motivate and inspire others by creating, implementing and leading wellness programs to engage employees in all aspects of their personal wellness. This includes developing internal communications to promote a healthy lifestyle or participation in health and wellness programs.
Manage all activities associated with Leaves of Absence and Disability programs including employee, manager and HR communication, plan administration and vendor coordination.
Assist in conducting new hire employee orientation in conjunction with the HR team specific to benefits and as a backup to the overall Orientation content, as needed
Interface with HRIS/payroll team to ensure proper deductions are in place for employee benefit programs
Be versatile to work outside of core duties for development and company need
Has experience developing and implementing effective programs that promote healthy lifestyles and prevent chronic diseases.
Working knowledge of benefit plans
Experience managing leaves preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to appropriately prioritize to meet the needs in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of ethics and ability to handle highly confidential information with extreme discretion
A positive and supportive attitude

Ability to work outside of typical business hours and travel to other sites as needed – air travel a few times per year at least.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, business, or related field
3 years of benefits, wellness, or leave administration experience
Experience developing employee programs targeted to health and wellness
Experience presenting to groups of 5 preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Experience with an HRIS system, experience using Workday Benefits preferred
