SUMMARY

 Responsible for the production process which includes raw to cooking to packaging of the retail products.  Must execute the highest standards of shift performance and food production while maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work environment

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Prepare food product for the cook process to packaging
• Motivates co-workers to perform as a cohesive team to ensure food meets appropriate standards.
• Weigh and load materials into machinery
• Assemble packaging on production lines
• Assembles food items and sides in the correct order
• Monitor the production process
• Informs management promptly of all problems or significant concerns.
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks
• Store goods and raw materials properly in warehouse
• Assists other team members in completing their assigned duties and tasks.
• Pack, label, and box goods for shipping
• Maintains complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; uses equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safely.
• Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe and comfortable environment.
• Maintains and strictly abide by sanitation/health regulations.
• Adheres to SOP and uniform standards.
• Be able to lift 60 – 80 pound boxes
• Adheres to all company standards, policies and procedures.

In addition, other duties may be assigned as the needs arise.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES

• No experience necessary
• Cannot be convicted of a felony.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
• Ability to operate, clean and maintain all equipment required in job.
• Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance and convey self-confidence.
• Ability to exhibit and use proper manners and language
• Ability to stand for up to 4 to 5 hours as at time
