Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their wedding/event visions, preferences, and requirements.
• Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate and manage all logistical elements of the wedding, such as venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, transportation, and more.
• Work closely with vendors to negotiate contracts, secure services, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on wedding trends, traditions, and creative ideas.
• Oversee event setup, décor arrangement, and overall aesthetics to ensure everything aligns with the client's vision.
• Manage day-of-event operations, including coordinating vendors, directing schedules, and troubleshooting issues that may arise.
• Ensure a smooth and seamless flow of events on the wedding day, taking into consideration the comfort and enjoyment of guests.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, maintaining open and clear communication throughout the planning process and event execution.

Qualifications:

• 5 years or more of proven experience in wedding or event planning, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful weddings and satisfied clients.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as weddings often take place during these times.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand clients' needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in project management, including creating timelines, budgets, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creativity and a keen eye for design, capable of translating concepts into stunning visual presentations.
• Ability to develop and execute unique and memorable event programs tailored to individual client preferences.
• Extensive knowledge of wedding industry trends, traditions, and best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills for building vendor relationships and securing the best services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
