SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES

1. Establishes and maintains professional relationships with persons responsible for determining locations for and planning meetings, convention lodging, and other activities.
2. Sells property facilities through capable communication and demonstration of products and services.
3. Performs independently or assists with other Managers in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns/events and the generation and analysis of marketing information.
4. Prepares on a regular basis accurate reports containing sales and booking data for incorporation into property financial reviews.
5. Maintains effective working relationships with guests, advertising/marketing agency staff, as well as Enterprise staff.
6. Coordinate group lodging arrangements with Lodge staff, as needed.
7. Communicates arrangements for booked functions to appropriate property departments for implementation, maintaining effective dialogue through event completion.
8. Be RBS certified and practice this knowledge on a daily basis.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

PREREQUISITES

General: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for Tribal Key Gaming License.

Education: High School diploma or GED required. Post-secondary education in business administration preferred. Must demonstrate superior skills in communication using the primary language of the Enterprise.

Experience: Verifiable success in generating group sales in the local hospitality or travel industry is required. Must be fully capable of operating an IBM PC (or equivalent), using word processing (MS Word), spreadsheets (EXCEL), and other common business software.

Physical: Abilities required include lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds with assistance rarely, sitting, bending, speaking clearly, hearing, finger dexterity, and repetitive motion. Must be capable of extensive use of telephone.
