The HM is looking for someone with knowledge on user tracking as it relates to cookies while browsing the web. The candidate will not need to have an IT background, this is more of a marketing role with an understanding of how it relates to IT.
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for coordinating and executing website cookie and script classification for over 180 designated Technical Activities websites in support of the implementation of cookie consent policies across web properties. Other related tasks as assigned.
Skills:

Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Facilitate among staff and volunteer website owners the accurate classification of cookies and scripts found on designated websites
· Learn and execute the basic tasks within the cookie and script classification management software:
· Classify, approve, and/or publish the cookie and script classifications within the classification management software
· Validate suggested classifications of identified website cookies and scripts
· Search and properly classify unrecognized website cookies and scripts
· Monitor for newly discovered website cookies and scripts that need classification
· Track and communicate progress ongoing to designated supervisor(s)
· Based on learnings, contribute to the development of ongoing website cookie and script management processes
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in advertising networks (like Google Ads, Amazon Publisher Services, and Media.net), third party cookies, and other user tracking used by websites.
· 2-4 years of work experience working with cookies, scripts, and HTML used by websites.
