Website Manager manages the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the organization's websites. Oversees changes in the site's technical architecture to ensure that the website remains responsive and stable. Being a Website Manager manages the maintenance and troubleshooting of related hardware and software and ensures that web administrators comply with established standards and specifications. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Additionally, Website Manager typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Website Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Website Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We are seeking a Website Operations Consultant to help provide support, monitoring and ongoing analysis of our consumer facing website experience.
You will work closely with our global web infrastructure to implement and support recommendations, as well as partner with the internal technical team and other key stakeholders to make sure we are providing stable, scalable, and proactive solutions that support the website.

- Ensure Azure infrastructure health through monitoring and application of updates and/or security fixes where needed.
- Development of documented best practices.
- Help scale web infrastructure globally.
- Ownership of a crisis response plan as it pertains to the marketing web stack.
- Strong partnerships with internal (IT, Security, Corporate Communications, Legal, etc.) and external teams (vendors, agencies, etc.)
Qualification- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 or more years administering Azure IAAS & PAAS environments.
- Strong understanding of DNS & SSL mgmt.
- Experience working with Akamai preferred.
