Website Manager manages the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the organization's websites. Oversees changes in the site's technical architecture to ensure that the website remains responsive and stable. Being a Website Manager manages the maintenance and troubleshooting of related hardware and software and ensures that web administrators comply with established standards and specifications. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Additionally, Website Manager typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Website Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Website Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform financial reporting, accounting, billing, collections, and budgeting duties.
    • Assist with financial planning and budgeting.
    • Follow internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.
    • Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current accounting standards.
    • Assist with monthly and quarterly accounting close and preparation of financial statements and reports.
    • Assist with general accounting, including being responsible for tax obligations.
    • Assist with financial reporting including preparation, dissemination, and review of project work in progress reports.
    • Collaborate with project teams with respect to project accounting and material issues: billings, collections, change orders, back charges, close-outs, labor, and material costs, and profit/loss analysis.
    • Manage all operating unit assets including fixed assets and accounts receivable.
    • Ensure procurement of bonding and insurances as required by company policy and project contracts.
    • OFCCP Contract reporting for Subcontract over 10K.
    • Review and approve payroll, accounts payable, expense vouchers, and account adjustments.
    • Review and generate all required lien waivers and tax certificates.
    • Review and prepare Certified Payroll Reports, OCIP/Insurance Reports.
    • Review and approve internal paperwork relating to new projects, change orders, and cost estimates.
    • Calculate and maintain hourly cost breakdowns and billing labor rates.
    • Support CFO and Controller in the finance and accounting activities of the Company, including timely issuance of monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP, maintenance of regular cost reports, periodic budgets and forecasts, accurate processing of accounting transactions, and such other duties and responsibilities as come within the purview of this position.
    • Escalate critical and/or sensitive issues to Senior Leadership with recommendation for resolution

    QUALIFICATIONS

     PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

     BA/BS in Accounting or Finance preferred.

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in Construction accounting preferred, or work experience demonstrating accounting and analytical capabilities.
    • Working knowledge of federal, state, and city regulations and guidelines.

     

    COMPUTER SKILLS 

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel formulas and formatting.
    • Proficient with payroll and accounting software. Viewpoint/Vista Software Experience Preferred.
    • Familiarity with Windows based operating systems and web based applications.
    • Ability to create, file and manage electronic documents.
