Objective: The ideal candidate will have a high aptitude for cross functional communication and maintains strong attention to detail. This role will focus on providing an excellent customer experience through digital retail sales of animal health products. With a focus on providing up-to-date, accessible, and accurate information this position is key to customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Maintain accuracy of website content, provide customer solutions and lead projects to completion
• Support customer needs through content of website, structure and training of staff in using website
• Problem solve and develop solutions to align groups with competing interests and tight timelines
• Work with external and internal resources to develop access to product and usage information to be utilized by retail customers
• Conduct routine site audits and maintenance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Willingness to participate in, or lead special projects that solve new challenges impacting business operations through customer experience portals and data integrity
• Ability to work well with internal teams for cross-functional projects

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS

• Pipestone Veterinary Services function as a unified team. The applicant must be able/willing to assist other team members when necessary.
• Critical thinking to provide out of box solutions for sharing web-based information
• Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated to take initiative and carry out tasks with minimal supervision

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science or Finance or Bachelor of Arts in Management: Supply Chain Emphasis & Management of Information Systems or related field is preferred; however, education and experience will be considered.

Experience: 1 year of content, marketing, or project management. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross functional teams.
