Description:
The Website Data Sr. Analyst will drive analysis and insights for online experience.
This includes understanding client behavior and measuring marketing and strategic initiatives ROI, as measured by engagement and CXi scores.
In addition, this person will also manage standard dashboards and reports, competitive tracking and ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders throughout the organization.
Measure marketing and strategic initiatives by developing analyses, tracking progress, and calculating effectiveness by optimizing programs and performance.
Deliver user traffic data to drive insights and decision-making across and third party sites to optimize engagement / conversion and marketing campaign results
Provide recommendations for improved user experience: spanning navigation, page and surface level design (contribute to UI/UX of the site)
Contribute to ideation for brand and product marketing opportunities - partnership to identify where ads, brand messages, product offerings, etc. can be inserted in both authenticated and non-authenticated user flows
Contribute to new user journey designs for target audiences - like low income.
Partner on strategic digital initiatives and identify performance improvement opportunities for via the use of analytics and insights derived from web tools.
Own and drive analytical strategy for website, leveraging multiple data intake platforms to aggregate into holistic POVs and recommendations.
Manage relationships with cross functional business partners by providing user-friendly and insightful data to inform their functional areas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, 5 years if experience in digital analytics
Retail and/or eCommerce analytics experience strongly preferred
Exceptional problem solving and analysis skills, paired with the ability to communicate findings to all levels of organization and digital expertise
Experience preferred working with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Full Story, Sitecore, and App Dynamics
Organized - good planner, able to coordinate complex assignments
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Leadership - assertive, confident, proactive, not afraid to speak up and ask questions
Self-motivated with a great work ethic
Comfortable in both team environment and working independently
Practical and analytical, good problem-solving ability
Creative and able to think outside the box
Data Analysis skills
