The Office of Communications and Marketing at St. Ambrose University is seeking a Webmaster with strong web technical and premium human skills. This position requires a professional with a solid understanding of websites and related digital technologies and marketing. In collaboration with members of the university community, this position is responsible for developing, implementing, integrating, and evaluating the university's website, leveraging data-driven optimizations required to achieve university goals and objectives. This position leads in collaboration with key stakeholders to provide excellent customer service and project management as part of the strategic communications team. Minimum of a bachelor's degree or five years experience in the area of responsibility or related area. Web development (with appropriate coding knowledge) and strong project management skills are required. The preferred candidate will have a technical bachelor's, industry-recognized technical credentials/certifications, or equivalent professional experience with an emphasis in digital/web technology infrastructure, content management systems, and UX/UI information architecture. Experience in higher education is preferred.
