Webmaster, Sr. develops and maintains an organization's web site or intranet site. Coordinates across the organization to publish or develop new content. Being a Webmaster, Sr. designs the look and feel for the site. Monitors site traffic and helps scale site capacity to meet traffic demands and performance expectations. Additionally, Webmaster, Sr. performs backups, manages databases, and administers security. Must have a working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Webmaster, Sr. contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. A hostess/host greets customers (including children) as they enter a restaurant and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile(under mask) and eye contact Greet guests and start conversations. Communicate with guest when they enter and with ordering options.
Assist guests to complete orders on kiosks. Assist guests (especially parents with young kids) in finding a table.
proactively approach families to offer assistance. Make kids feel important-greet/have conversations with them.
Communicate with restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations on improving the guest experience. Confidently handle guest concerns.
Ensure that the lobby is clean, cleaning tables and floors in the lobby Cleaning restrooms and making sure restrooms are stocked with soap and tissue
Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
