Webmaster, Sr. develops and maintains an organization's web site or intranet site. Coordinates across the organization to publish or develop new content. Being a Webmaster, Sr. designs the look and feel for the site. Monitors site traffic and helps scale site capacity to meet traffic demands and performance expectations. Additionally, Webmaster, Sr. performs backups, manages databases, and administers security. Must have a working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Webmaster, Sr. contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Position Summary: 

    As a strategic partner, the Director of Human Resources aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The Director of Human Resources serves as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues. Successful Director of Human Resources will act as employee champion and change agent. Assess and anticipate HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the Director of Human Resources seeks to develop integrated solutions, formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture and its competition. 

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Consult with executive team providing HR guidance.
    • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, mitigating legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department.
    • Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
    • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
    • Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
    • Develop terms for new hires, promotions, transfers.
    • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.
    • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
    • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in Human Resources with current certifications.
    • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws.
    • Management development experience
    • Relevant industry experiences a plus.
