Additionally, Webmaster, Sr. performs backups, manages databases, and administers security. Must have a working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Webmaster, Sr. contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. This full-time position includes solid compensation, fantastic benefits, and the possibility to grow into a leadership role.What you get to do every single day- Work with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls and provide support on special requests- Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP- Aid in coordinating reviews and testing with internal and external auditors- Produce monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management purposes- Set up, maintain, and remit employee and employer contributions to the 403(b) plan with information from the payroll system and human resources department. Stay current on changes to qualified retirement plan limits for a plan year.- Verify payroll after processing to ensure accuracy and make any necessary corrections.- Verify and process journal vouchers created by payroll module.- Strong interest in continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting process- Engage in various department-wide initiatives- Present analysis on financial results such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.- Manage Ad-hoc projects as necessary- Formulate Balance Sheet account reconciliationsSalary and Benefits:Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000Insurance: Medical, Vision, Dental; Basic Life, AD& D, and Long-Term Disability; Health Care FSA; and Dependent Care FSA may be available to employees, subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plan.Retirement Plan: Retirement Plan: Offers an employer and employee contributed 403(b) plan, up to a 7.5% employer contribution subject to the terms of the plan documents and employee eligibility.Vacation: Employees receive 23 days of paid vacation per year in fiscal years 1-5 and 30 days of paid vacation in fiscal years 6 of service.Paid Sick Leave: Employees may receive 116 hours of paid sick/wellness leave per year.Paid Holidays: 12 paid holidays per year.Other Benefits: EAP (Employee Assistance Program), Tuition Assistance for employees seeking advanced degrees, Professional Development opportunities, and more!
