Webmaster jobs in Pasadena, TX

The Social Media Specialist/Webmaster will work with other Creative team members and ministry leaders to manage the church’s online image across multiple platforms cohesively to achieve ministry goals. this will be done by creating engaging content, reels, and stories to inspire people in their faith while ensuring LSCC brand consistency. 

Ministry Oversight 

• Oversee all church social media platforms and postings – review for consistency, appropriate content, grammar, accuracy, and branding. 
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, and videos) including sermon clips, scriptures, encouragement, behind-the-scenes, upcoming services and events, church information, and promotion. 
• Work with the Creative Director and Visual Content Designer to design and implement social media and web strategies to align with ministry goals. 
• Compile and send the LSCC monthly email to all subscribers.
• Actively engage and respond during online church services
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
• Update the church website to keep content current and relevant, including events, calendars, links, and more.
• Stay up to date with current digital technologies and trends in social media, web design, design tools and applications. 
• Cull through Photo Team photos and sermon transcriptions to develop future content.
• Other duties as assigned.
