OR A Master’s Degree and: 2 years experience in object oriented programming environment. 2 years of full development life cycle experience. 2 years experience using Java, JSP, and SQL. 2 years experience using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON and XML. 2 years experience using IBM Rational Team Concert or other source control tools like SVN and GIT. 2 years experience creating and consuming REST services. Experience using J2EE architecture preferred. Experience implementing or utilizing CICD practices using Jenkins or other CICD tools. Experience using WSAD and Websphere preferred.
