The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing will lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and conversion for Charlotte’s Web. This role will involve overseeing a highly collaborative team, analyzing key performance indicators, and implementing paid acquisition and retention strategies across current and emerging channels and marketplaces.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute digital marketing plans to achieve strategic and financial objectives.
· Utilize sales and trend analytics to optimize product assortments and develop targeted merchandise strategies.
· Lead and manage a digital marketing team across multiple online channels.
· Collaborate on creating monthly activation calendars aligned with brand guidelines.
· Drive acquisition strategies to reach targeted demographics.
· Ensure accurate product portrayal in digital media assets.
· Analyze performance and industry trends, presenting insights to senior leadership.
· Maintain attention to detail in creative assets and messaging across digital channels.
· Analyze audience segmentation data for targeted marketing campaigns.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital marketing projects.
· Analyze key performance indicators and conduct A/B testing for optimization.
· Drive first-time buyer conversions and strategize retargeting efforts.
· Manage a team of digital marketers for acquisition and retention efforts across product categories.
· Performs other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
· 6 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
· Proven experience managing highly collaborative and effective teams.
· Comprehensive experience tracking and reporting key digital performance indicators.
· Demonstrated expertise in implementing paid acquisition marketing strategies.
· Experience optimizing copy and design for digital performance.
· Cross-channel marketing experience preferred.
· Experience with referral programs preferred.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· In-depth knowledge of paid channels and marketplaces (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon etc.)
· Strong organization and attention to detail.
