We are now looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis. In this key role, you will supervise our team of security personnel and oversee the security operations within the organization. Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and manage a team of security personnel.
• Coordinate the scheduling of security staff to ensure optimal coverage at all times.
• Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures.
• Produce detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Oversee daily operations and security services.
• Act as a liaison between our organization and local law enforcement agencies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience supervising security personnel.
• Proficient in security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership abilities, with an emphasis on communication and teamwork.
• Valid security guard license and driver's license.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must have a valid passport and be able to travel to our London, ON Head Office at least once a month [Paid Expenses].
