    We are looking for a friendly, genuine property manager to elevate our team and enhance our resident customer service. This position is perfect for an experienced property manager who enjoys going above and beyond for customers and understands strategies for keeping costs down, leasing efficiently, and maximizing revenues.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of single-family and multifamily properties, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and operated efficiently.
    • Manage work orders and coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance.
    • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, documenting conditions and coordinating cleaning and repairs to prepare properties for new tenants.
    • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income. Handle leasing inquiries, show properties, and screen potential tenants.
    • Oversee rent collections, addressing late payments promptly, and initiating eviction procedures if necessary.
    • Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team members are effective and aligned with company goals.
    • Perform miscellaneous tasks, including but not limited to data entry, record keeping, and reporting to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on all properties.
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role, with a solid understanding of property management for single-family and multifamily properties.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, team members, and contractors.
    • Knowledge of relevant real estate laws, including fair housing regulations, evictions, and lease negotiations.
    • Proficiency in property management software AppFolio a bonus
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
    • Spanish and English Fluency
