Develops requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts. Additionally, Web Product Manager participates in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products and introducing products to the market. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Web Product Manager occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     The Web Product Manager oversees the development and optimization of the company web platform. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, external vendors to shape and execute the digital strategy. This role promotes a digital-first mentality, aligning web initiatives with business goals.

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Write Epics, stories, size work, and structure/groom the backlog into a continuous release cadence.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive web product strategy through collaboration with Marketing leadership to optimize company websites and related technologies to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience
    • Define requirements by working as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development, and requirements. Translate complex technology concepts and challenges into non-technical language for decision-making and team alignment
    • Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution
    • Develop process flows and swim lane diagrams to streamline operations and align with business objectives
    • Assess the appropriate methodology / framework for current organization’s maturity level
    • Optimize digital performance through execution and A/B testing roadmap
    • Address ad hoc areas, including new features/functions and email support, to enhance the overall web experience
    • Manage the day-to-day activities of the web development team and external vendors/contractors
    • Performs additional duties as assigned
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
    • Seven (7) years of experience in product management in a web-focused role
    • Experience with web security and various programming languages to facilitate discussions with the business and developers
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
    • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving organizational landscape, agile mindset
    • Experience with web development tools and technologies, including Adobe and Jira
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
    • Ten (10) years of experience in web-based product management
    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionally required to execute standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers).
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionally required to execute non-standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch).
    • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
