Web Product Management Director manages the lifecycle of new technology products or feature enhancements. Researches and develops the roadmap for new products or feature enhancements and plans and oversees the product lifecycle. Guides the conceptualization, requirements gathering, specification creation, release, and implementation processes.     Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Director to join the Consumer and Business Deposits team as part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking. This role will develop segment based product value propositions, experiences, and go-to market strategies that drive customer balance growth with high customer satisfaction.

    In this role, you will:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans for financial products targeting Consumer segments
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends and competitive landscape within the defined segment. This includes analysis of customer data.
    • Strong collaboration with agile product managers to define product features, benefits to ensure products are designed to meet customers' needs
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
    • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure product offerings comply with financial industry regulations
    • Lead teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex, unique, and critical product line issues to meet deliverables
    • Drive the development of customer and/or market insights to influence segment product strategy
    • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and organizational goals.
    • Align all product strategy and implementation with Risk and Control guidelines to ensure compliant delivery.
    Required Qualifications:
    • 8 years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    • 4 years of Management experience
    Desired Qualifications:
    • 8 years' experience in product development and product management.
    • Demonstrated expertise building transformational strategies and being able to deliver at scale in a highly regulated environment
    • Experience developing and or managing Consumer, Affluent and Emerging Affluent Deposit products in large scale organizations
    • Experience navigating a large complex matrixed organization
    • Expertise, experience, and deep understanding of Consumer Banking
    • Proven effectiveness in working with and influencing all levels of management across multiple areas within the line of business, and across the Enterprise
    • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, create and manage (while achieving results) large-scale change, and influence people at all levels of the organization
    • Strong relationship management and proven leadership skills, with solid conflict management, negotiation, and organizational effectiveness techniques
    • Exceptional risk management and compliance knowledge and skills

    • Ability to travel up to 10%
