Your day to day:
Lead a team of high performing product managers who drive the merchant lending products forward to meet business objectives while delighting the merchants.
Own & accelerate growth of the merchant lending business by partnering with the commercial, engineering, risk, and other teams to deepen engagement, reduce churn, scale existing and new markets, and more.
Define and articulate through narratives, presentations, and documentation the vision and direction of the merchant lending products.
Partner with multi-functional areas across PayPal and different regions, including business and marketing partners, legal, compliance, and risk.
Work closely with engineering and program management in an agile environment.
Challenge traditional products and experienced and build the next generation of lending products and experiences.
What do you need to bring:
10 years of leadership experience in fintech, lending, payments, or financial services.
Good understanding of consumer or business lending products, particularly installment based products.
Experience leading business functions that require coordination of many stakeholders and cross functional teams.
Experience developing a multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for large scale products.
Ability to navigate highly matrixed environments.
