We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Management Director, Biomarker Strategy in Billerica, MA.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a clear vision for the biomarker menu within the Quanterix portfolio and develop new biomarker offerings that amplify the differentiated nature of our ultra-sensitive platform.
• Drive the short- and long-term biomarker growth strategy as it relates to the positioning and profitability of the company’s products
• Develop a product visionary based on the voice of the customer so that we have an “outside-in” approach to building and delivering the best products and solutions for our markets and customers
• Oversee the entire biomarker product portfolio strategy, evaluating the performance of existing products, making recommendations for enhancements, updates, or discontinuations as needed to maximize profitability
• Voice of Customer Program for biomarkers: Develop and implement a robust VoC program to systematically gather, analyze, and act upon customer feedback
• Financial Assessment: Collaborate with finance, operations, and commercial teams to conduct financial assessments of biomarker opportunities, including cost projections and revenue forecasts
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitive offerings and benchmark our biomarker products against industry rivals

What We’ll Expect From You: 

• BS degree in a scientific, engineering or computer science discipline with an MBA preferred
• 7 years working directly with biomarker product strategy and product pipeline planning in a product management, business development or marketing strategy or market intelligence role
• Proven ability to create compelling frameworks to develop and validate product theses based on extensive primary and secondary research
• Natural collaborator, ability to influence and inform, lead through opposition, and effectively build strong organizational relationships (internally and externally)
• Outstanding strategic planning skills
• Deep understanding of current diagnostic market and research biomarker trends and experience predicting emerging biomarkers of interest based
• Experience guiding and crafting licensing agreements in collaboration with cross-functional business development and legal teams
• Ability to travel up to 20%, both domestically and internationally
