Responsibilities:

• Schedule, supervise, and direct the daily activities of all on-site staff.
• Ensure fiscal budgetary compliance to approved operation budgets.
• Compliance with management company personnel, operations policy and procedures, and company standards.
• Provide effective marketing and communications, including advising management of pertinent issues related to the community and market.
• Plan, promote, and implement an effective Resident Retention program.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with a property management company in a position equal in responsibility to the Manager or Assistant Manager or more advanced position.
• Experience with property management software, Onesite experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in supervising direct reports and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Commitment to taking full responsibility and ownership attitude for the financial and physical condition of the property.
• Outgoing, organized, and effective communicator.
• Proficient in all standard office administration, equipment use, and MS Office software.
