With a general acute-care facility at the core, this Health System provides Emergency Care, Surgical Care, a variety of Medical Clinics, Ancillary Services, and Obstetrics, just to name a few. The Quality Management Director will be responsible for overseeing and directing quality and risk management programs for the entire Health System. The Director of Quality will prepare for survey readiness, design hospital performance improvement measures, educate incoming staff on quality assurance guidelines, and utilize hospital resources to achieve and maintain optimal standards of patient care.
The Quality Management Director will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Executive Officer to ensure that quality assurance goals are met, and will continually collaborate with hospital leadership to devise quality improvement plans.
