Web Product Management Director manages the lifecycle of new technology products or feature enhancements. Researches and develops the roadmap for new products or feature enhancements and plans and oversees the product lifecycle. Being a Web Product Management Director gathers insights from customers and the marketplace to understand needs, new technologies, and trends in the market. Guides the conceptualization, requirements gathering, specification creation, release, and implementation processes. Additionally, Web Product Management Director ensures that product delivery schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development are coordinated with stakeholders to successfully release new products on time and within budget. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Web Product Management Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Web Product Management Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Web Department Director
The Web Director is responsible for creating and managing the culture and process of building remarkable websites. This role will work closely with the graphic design, web design, copywriting, and marketing departments to deliver engaging deliverables that exceed client expectations and create real solutions. A high level of creativity, experience in website design and development, and process leadership is required for this role.

- Lead, manage, hold accountable: Web design team
- Implement best practices and web design trends using WordPress - Front-end
- Strategize large website projects
- Create remarkable web designs
- Participate in the TwoTone Leadership Team
Other Responsibilities:
- Review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to the web design team
- Remain actively involved in hiring and training web design staff
- Ensure agency systems and processes are followed
- Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Meet with clients or leadership team to explain strategies and solutions
- Ensure consistency in web design and development
- Design solutions both internally and for clients
- Manage the web design process from concept to completion
- Lead web design efforts
- Lead web design sessions to generate ideas
- Conduct market research
- Collaborate with other team members and departments
- Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
- Oversee client proposals for websites
