Web Designer jobs in Lynchburg, VA

TDC Marketing is currently seeking a full-time Designer (Web and Graphic Design). We're a Fractional CMO, focused on Integrated Marketing with an emphasis on content, who runs a variety of marketing stacks for private companies, non-profit organizations, and government organizations. Please note, this position is 'hybrid/flexible', but assume 90% of the time the team meets in-person at our location in Harrisonburg, Virginia as our team highly values the constructive collisions that lead to impromptu creative developments, which lead to positive outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Design (Web and Graphic Design) tasks on various platforms to help our clients achieve their goals
• Conceptualize and present ideas with both teammates and clients
• Update and maintain Websites and graphics on a daily basis
• Communicate with their supervisor and teammates with any questions or concerns as needed in a timely manner
• Collaborate through platforms such as Notion, Email, Calendar, Slack, Chat, etc. for projects and work communications throughout each day and be responsive on each platform
• Take initiative to expand one’s skillsets to better support our team, ultimately to support our clients’ needs

Requirements and Skills:

• Understanding of various Web Platforms (SquareSpace, WordPress, Shopify, Etc.)
• Understanding of Web programming Languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
• Will have a strong Web and Design portfolio
• Strong ability and interest in working as part of a team
• Great communication skills (verbal and written)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
