Santa Fe Dry Goods, Workshop & Wild Life is looking for a seasoned Web Sales Manager to join our flexible and dynamic eCommerce department. Our ideal candidate brings with them a minimum of 5 years experience directly managing employees and 5 years operating within a fashion or art sales environment.
We are looking for someone flexible, intellectual and execution-oriented to lead and be part of a sales and customer service team. They should be sincere, professional, and maintain a tremendous attention to detail. A great work ethic is essential to thriving in our fast-paced environment. Must have experience building clientele, engaging clients in an entertaining and intellectual way, managing all aspects of service. A passion for art, architecture, and fashion is central to what we do here. Good computer and reporting skills are also important to the role.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
– Answering incoming calls from clients
– Developing your own book of business and helping others do so as well
– Driving monthly goals for the business through outbound selling
– Establishing processes to log customer requests, manage special orders, etc.
– Completing daily reports, unpacking returns and completing refunds
– Ensuring outbound merchandise is perfect for the client
– Coordinating outbound campaigns with our Marketing department
– Providing website feedback and doing some work in WordPress
This is an opportunity to become part of a close-knit team of managers who are taking a creative and proactive approach to a retail business that competes in the specialty fashion industry on a national level. The ability to work the occasional evening during peak retail seasons and at least one day of weekend availability is required.
