Your Opportunity:

This position is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the Chief Operations and Marketing Officer. As a Web Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs, coupled with the ability to implement them using HTML/ CSS for website and email marketing. The Web Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience across our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing design that aligns with our brand identity. Job Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging and cohesive designs for digital platforms, including websites and email marketing materials.
• Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts that convey a consistent brand image and resonate with our target audience.
• Ensure that graphics and visual elements adhere to the brand guidelines and strategies before they are published, supervising the process closely.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using marketing cloud platforms.
• Translate design mockups into responsive and interactive web pages using HTML5 and CSS3.
• Contribute to the development of user personas, user flows, and wireframes to enhance the overall user experience.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to make informed design decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and coding languages to ensure your skills remain relevant.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze vendor data and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

• Understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX) to ensure designs are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly.

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field, preferred but not required.

• Two (2) years of experience working with marketing cloud platforms.
• Provide portfolio showcasing email campaigns completed, along with the corresponding results, including click-through rates (CTRs) and open rates.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with After Effects, Premieres and Figma is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
