    The Creative Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting our Web/Creative/SEO team. This role involves serving as a liaison between our team and clients, managing client requests related to websites and digital/print design, and assisting with the development and design of web projects. By utilizing essential tools (Figma, Elementor, WordPress, Beaver Builder, Canva, ClickUp, Slack, Google, and more) while emphasizing process efficiency and improvement, the Creative Support Specialist ensures that all client interactions meet the highest standards and that projects and tasks are executed on schedule with absolute precision.

    This is a generalist role that is perfect for someone who has expertise in multiple areas including web design and development, graphic design, CRM software, and anything related to various multimedia and detailed tasks. This person must have the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks while communicating to clients with excellence and remaining calm under pressure. Basically, you're a ninja!

    RESPONSIBILITES

    • Client Requests: Complete web and design updates as requested by existing clients.
    • Communication: Communicate confidently and clearly with clients via email, SMS and phone to move projects from concept to delivery.
    • Project Management: Coordinate timelines ensuring tasks are completed as scheduled.
    • Collaboration: with multiple teams including web, design, development, SEO, content, sales, and onboarding as needed.
    • Vendor Management: Work with a 3rd party agencies to assist in creative projects with a high level of quality and accuracy.
    • Process Improvement: Continually find ways to refine processes, set up safeguards, remove roadblocks, and support the team with various challenges.
    • Integrations/ Workflows: Set up forms and integrations/workflows for website projects inside CRM (HighLevel).
    • Organization: Manage the organization and storage of web/design assets and materials.
    • Technical Support: Provide technical support in troubleshooting software and tool-related issues when necessary.
    • Client Service: Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our clients at all times.

    • Timely Completion of Web and Design Updates: Ensure that all web and design updates requested by clients are completed promptly and accurately, contributing to client satisfaction and retention.
    • Seamless Project Management: Facilitate smooth communication with clients and internal teams, effectively moving projects from concept to delivery while adhering to established timelines.
    • Efficient Onboarding Process: Assist in preparing for Web Discovery calls, including creating agendas, conducting site audits, and providing post-call reviews and task updates, enhancing the onboarding experience for new clients.
    • Clear and Effective Communication: Communicate confidently and clearly with partners, demonstrating extreme attention to detail and grammar, leading to a thorough understanding of partner requests and comments.
    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams, including web, design, development, SEO, content, sales, and onboarding, as needed, fostering teamwork and achieving project goals.
    • High-Quality Creative Output: Collaborate with Senior Web and Design Specialists and third-party agencies to develop websites and graphic projects with a high level of quality and accuracy, enhancing the creative output of the team.
    • Process Refinement and Improvement: Continually find ways to refine processes, set up safeguards, remove roadblocks, and support the team with various challenges, contributing to increased efficiency and productivity.
    • Effective CRM Management: Set up forms and integrations/workflows for website projects within the CRM system, streamlining project management processes and ensuring accurate data management.
    • Organized Management of Assets: Manage the organization and storage of web/design assets and materials, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient workflow for the team.
    • Technical Support Provision: Provide technical support in troubleshooting software and tool-related issues when necessary, minimizing disruptions and maintaining workflow continuity.
    • Exemplary Customer Service: Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles, communication standards, and web/design trends, ensuring a positive client experience and satisfaction with the services provided.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing, with a preference for experience in the dental or orthodontic sector.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in web design/development, landing pages, and graphic design.
    • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (preferred), ClickFunnels, or similar CRM tool.
    • Experience with Figma, WordPress, Elementor web page builder, Slack, Google Workspace, and ClickUp project management system.
    • Exceptional time management and analytical skills.
    • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and systems-minded.
    • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency setting.

    COMPENSATION

    • $55,000- $65,000 (depending on experience)
