Customer Service Support Specialist / Scheduler (Flooring)

East Coast Flooring is a New England based family-owned flooring installation company that works with Lowe’s Home Improvement to provide services across CT, MA, ME, and NH. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a great attitude looking to take action and grow with us.
We are looking to onboard a Customer Service Support Specialist / Scheduler to join the team in our corporate office in Bedford, NH.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Daily interaction with installation teams, customers, and retail partners to assist the respective party with installation projects
- Reviewing sold projects for accuracy
· Assist in seeing coordinating efforts to see installation projects through to completion
· Establishing and maintaining good relationships with all parties involved
· Everything in-between
What You’ll Bring to the Team
· Experience in project coordination, specifically windows and doors, 3 years preferred
· Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
· Great problem solver and fast learner
· Knowledge of how to utilize Microsoft and Google applications
· High School Degree or equivalent
This position will work out of our corporate office in Topsham, ME.
