Web Customer Support Specialist jobs in Florida
Web Customer Support Specialist provides technical support and coordination with the help desk to solve user issues with websites and web interfaces. Interacts with customers and troubleshoots problems to determine the root cause and to provide the right solution. Being a Web Customer Support Specialist maintains and uses a product and knowledge database of known issues and standard solutions to provide fast responses and high customer satisfaction. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Additionally, Web Customer Support Specialist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Web Customer Support Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Customer Support Analyst Job Functions:
- Responds to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution
- Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed
- Assist clients, witnesses, and reporters with starting Remote Depo as needed
- Extensive knowledge on the ins and outs of remote tools including but not limited to Remote Counsel, Live Litigation, WebEx, and BOX
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Work with clients to resolve issues and ensure service is conducted with integrity and professionalism
REMOTE DEPO SUPPORT LINKS:
- Create and send Remote Depo links
- Stay up to date on scheduling changes/standing orders, and make appropriate adjustments to Remote Depo links
- Extensive knowledge on the ins and outs of remote tools including but not limited to Remote Counsel, Live Litigation, WebEx, and BOX
- Work with clients to resolve issues and ensure service is conducted with integrity and professionalism

Requirements
All you need to be a Customer Support Analyst High School Diploma! A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience, litigation experience is a plus.
