Web Customer Support Specialist jobs in Appleton, WI

We are looking for an individual who will create a positive first impression and establish strong member relationships while assisting members and potential members with their telephone requests in a very fast paced environment.

Description :

Major responsibilities of this position will be to answer the phone in a courteous and professional manner while assisting members with account inquiries and account maintenance, identifying member needs, and suggesting services that would benefit the member.

• Answering inbound calls in a courteous and friendly way regarding online mobile banking, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, balances, fraudulent charges, travel alerts, and more.
• Will be answering 75-125 calls a day.
• You will be going over Daily numbers to ensure you know where you currently stand and doing call reviews.
• Working through multiples screens and up to 4 programs at a time
• Aim to have 30 direct member discussions a month and document in the system

Hours :

• Must be able to work 2 Saturdays a month.

Qualifications :

• 1-3 years of similar or related experience in a fast-paced environment and with ability to multi-task, p rior financial industry experience is a plus.
• Basic technical support
• Strong written and verbal communication and telephone skills, ability to empathize with members
• Ability to navigate throughout multiple programs on a computer at one time; able to prioritize work, and multi-task
