Web Applications Development Manager manages the design, development, and maintenance of internal and external websites for an organization. Oversees web applications developers to ensure that websites are built and expanded based on evolving technology and business needs. Being a Web Applications Development Manager creates and implements standards for website appearance and navigation. Requires knowledge of common web development languages (e.g., HTML, Java, PHP, JSP, ASP.NET, Python, AJAX.) Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Web Applications Development Manager typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Web Applications Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Web Applications Development Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Status: Full- time

    Qualifications:

    • Provides overall coordination of family services designed to help program participants obtain and remain in permanent, supportive housing, increase skills and/or income and achieve greater self-determination.

    Experience:

    • 3 or more year

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related areas.

    Summary of Duties:

    • Assess, orient and facilitate the entry of shelter residents into housing units.
    • Provide complete assessment of families.
    • Develop individualized family service plans including identification of existing barriers to self-sufficiency setting housing and income goals and developing an action plan.
    • Provide direct services to families by making, at a minimum, weekly home visits to discuss, assess, direct and assist in the removal of barriers to self-sufficiency.
    • Aid families in obtaining food, clothing, and other basic needs.
    • Assist families in securing and maintaining public benefits and entitlements.
    • Facilitate groups and activities.
    • Teach and/or assist families in developing ADL skills, communication and self-advocacy skills.
    • Facilitate family involvement and community activities
    • Coordinate and advocate for the involvement of appropriate professionals from other agencies.
    • Participate in and contribute to team building.
    • Link program participants to employment and/or employment programs.
    • Assist families in meeting the obligations of tenancy.
    • Collaborate with property management to help families maintain housing.
    • Respond to family emergencies.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all program participants' records.
    • Maintain accurate and on-going documentation in family files and on record keeping forms and reports following contract requirement, agency, and department policies and procedures.
    • Attend agency and department meetings.
    • Attend training as needed.
    • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned and required by program goals and objectives.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
