This role combines project management skills with a deep understanding of web development and digital technologies. Candidate Requirements Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience with open-source development tools such as Drupal and PHP. • Strong knowledge of source code management using GitLab/GitHub and experience with CI/CD for DevOps management. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with global teams in different time zones. • Proficiency in Content Management tools like Drupal, Optimizely, and Interwoven. • Experience in security remediation for web platforms and applications. • Familiarity with Product Information Managers (PIMs) such as Salsify and InRiver is a plus. • Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: • Open-Source Development: Utilize open-source tools like Drupal and PHP to develop and maintain web applications and platforms. Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient source code management using platforms like GitLab/GitHub. • Global Collaboration: Work closely with third-party teams, both onshore and offshore, across different time zones to coordinate project activities, manage resources, and ensure successful project delivery. • Content Management: Manage and optimize content using Content Management tools such as Drupal, Optimizely, and Interwoven. Ensure content is organized, up-to-date, and aligned with the overall digital strategy. • Security Remediation: Implement security measures and conduct regular security assessments to remediate vulnerabilities in web platforms, applications, and tools, with a particular focus on Drupal and web application security. • Product Information Management: Manage and maintain Product Information Managers (PIMs) such as Salsify and InRiver to ensure accurate and consistent product data across digital platforms. Key Skills Required: • Familiarity with projects that have used open-source tools: Drupal, PHP etc. Platforms such as GitLab/GitHub for source code management, CI/CD for DevOps management. • Experience working with third parties globally onshore and offshore with different time zones. • Experience with Content Management tools: Drupal, Optimizely, Interwoven etc. • Experience with Security remediation of platforms (Drupal), Web applications and tools. • Experience with Product Information Managers (PIMs) such as Salsify and InRiver. Client Preparation Key Accountabilities: Project Management, Reporting and Budget Management: • Lead and implement given projects aligned with business goals • Facilitate creation and presentation of business cases, project charters and implement deliverables in a timely and efficient manner. • Provide project stakeholders and PMO Director, VP PMO and CIO with regular project status & reporting – Bi-weekly performance and Steering Committee meetings • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, concise, and professional presentations and communications. • Works with PMO leaders to report budget and scheduling impacting issues, change requests, business decisions. Project Stakeholder Management • Must be results-oriented: Our business stakeholders look for creative ways to achieve business benefits quickly. • Excellent analytical skills: Must be able to quickly analyze issues and facilitate development of mitigation plans. • Being able to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues to achieve overall goals is a valuable skill. • Strong interpersonal skills: influencing, negotiating, and leading people inside and outside of IT. • Excellent team building skills. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Strong planning skills with experience in Microsoft Project & Smartsheet. We use KeyedIn projects for Portfolio Management in which we will train. • Experience and knowledge of business processes and applications regarding SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus for these positions.
