Job Overview:
Perform complex analysis, design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level WEB-based systems. Develop system and program documentation. Perform testing of modifications and enhancements to ensure system integrity. Debug and resolve production problems using system development processes and standards as defined. Transfer of knowledge and skills to junior-level programmers may also be needed. Possesses a strong understanding of systems programming, graphical user interfaces, and control languages. Modifies, installs and prepares technical documentation for system software applications. Diagnoses, isolates, and debugs software problems and performs problem resolution. Works on multiple products, activities, and projects as a project team member. Works on moderately complex tasks, projects, activities, or support issues that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and develops expertise to support multiple systems. May coach more junior technical staff.
