Wealth Management Officer | Cheyenne Office

DESCRIPTION: Hilltop Bank’s Wealth Management Department is a full service trust department where officers are responsible for the administration of Estates, Conservatorships, Investment Management Accounts, IRA's, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts.

PRIMARY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attracts, grows, and retains a portfolio of personal trust relationships
• Maximize business development
• Estate planning, and building custom portfolios
• Personal trust and estate administration
• Investment management
• Facilitate clients meetings and presentations
• Compliance with state and federal regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent client relationship skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience 3-5 years of experience as an administrator.
• High level of accuracy, detail oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus
• CTFA is a plus
