Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial services operations professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting advisors within the firm in their practice management. Responsibilities:
The duties of this full-time position will focus on insurance operations, with investment operations as a secondary role. The ideal candidate will have experience in both and an ability to work within a team of peer Associate Wealth Management Advisors to coordinate daily tasks and practice functions.
•Manage the new business client onboarding process.
Experience:
- 3 years of proven experience in wealth management, investment management, or insurance processing.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, risk management, and retirement planning.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and financial analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
