Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Executive Assistant & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The chosen candidate will play a key role in supporting the executive as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. Executive Assistance Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling and setting up meetings for company executive
• Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive
• Organize and prepare for meeting; this includes gathering and preparing documents, attending meetings and documenting meetings details
• Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to executive
• Maintain various records and documents
• Assist in planning and organizing company events, including Seminars
• Provide other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job

Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and company website

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Previous experience as an executive assistance and a marketing specialist or a related role
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat Pro, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in event planning is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
